Feature request: Add pinned/auto-refresh status in Codex CLI for 5h/Weekly remaining

This is a feature request (not a bug). /status shows 5h/weekly remaining only when manually run. I want an always-
visible or auto-refresh status area inside the Codex CLI session.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex CLI.
2. Run /status to view usage (5h limit and weekly limit).
3. There is no built-in option to keep this status visible or auto-refresh it.
