What issue are you seeing?
So - I've connected to mcp server. When I restart mcp server logically sessions will be lost and server responds with 404 (i think that is expected). In which case MCP client should re-initialize session but it does not happen.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Start mcp server, run codex, restart mcp server. Now it sees 404 in that mcp server respones.
What is the expected behavior?
Re-initialize session.
