Add "Other" option in Plan Mode

What feature would you like to see?

When using Plan Mode, I often encounter situations where I need to choose from a set of options (in the cases I’ve seen so far, I can select up to three options. I’d like to request an "Other" option to be added.

Reason

Sometimes the existing options don’t match my intended case well, so I have to pick a similar option and add extra clarification.

Proposal

I think adding an "Other" option (allowing custom input) during selection would help improve this.
If possible, it may also be worth introducing a multi-select mechanism.
