Thinking/progress UI regression

Previously, the extension showed some progress details while the model was “Thinking” (thinking/progress blocks). Now it only shows a static “Thinking” indicator with no additional progress text, which makes it feel stalled/opaque even when the agent is actively working

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Windows 11 (native, not WSL). Install openai.chatgpt 0.5.69 and open the Codex panel.
Run any task

What is the expected behavior?

While the model is working, show the same type of progress UI as before
