What issue are you seeing?

After upgrading to 0.94 I moved my skills from, $CODEX_HOME to ~/.agents/skills I expected them to be available but they are not.

Just in case I erased $CODEX_HOME/skills but that did not fix it either:

Skill Creator Create or update a skill
Skill Installer Install curated skills from openai/skills or other repos

I only get the two default skills.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

As described above.
