Display the current session's cumulative token usage (input/output)

The OpenAI Codex CLI shall display the cumulative token usage for the current session, showing separate counts for input tokens and output tokens. Input tokens include all content sent to the API, such as user prompts and source code from the workspace. The display should update after each interaction, allowing users to easily monitor their ongoing token consumption within the session.
