Hi,

OpenAI should add autocomplete for paid users so we don’t need to rely on other services for code completion. You have the best models—why let other companies take that from you? It’s an easy win. Google has an “Antigravity” IDE with built-in autocomplete, but OpenAI doesn’t.

I hope we get autocomplete soon in the Codex extension so we can use it in VS Code (or any IDE). You could even build your own VS Code fork and offer an Antigravity-style version, because autocomplete is essential for real developers who still need to write software manually.
