I also have this same issue of being presented with the Upgrade to Plus when I'm already on the Plus plan.

Thanks for reporting! While we are looking in to this issue, if you can try to log out and log in again. I wonder if the message stil persist.
I am having the same issue but logging out and in again didn't work. Likewise removing the app and reinstalling didn't work. I also cleared cache etc-- same issue but with the desktop app.
logging out and log in again solved the issue for my atleast.
The plugin seems to have auto-updated and is now showing 'Upgrade to Pro'—which I won’t be doing, as the cost is prohibitive for users in Argentina. Thanks for the fix, and let's hope OpenAI reconsiders their pricing policy soon to make it more accessible.
Turns out the issue I was having was that I had originally signed up for chatgpt with my Apple ID. When I then tried logging into codex with my personal email (which is linked to my chat gpt account) it wasn't recognizing the paid sub. However, when I logged into with the value it had stored for my Apple ID email, it worked.
