Adding new prompts in Codex application for macOS does not allow updating an existing PR

What issue are you seeing?

If I create a task, e.g. from a Linear task which I assign to Codex, at first the Codex app on macOS looks like it works fine, but once I open a PR from that task, the Codex app no longer works properly, future prompts are shown with their results properly, but they don't allow you to update the existing PR, instead, they show a "Create PR" button.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Create task in Linear and assign to Codex.
2. Open a PR from the task in the Codex app.
3. Add a new prompt on that same Codex task in the Codex app.
4. Try to update the PR - the button shown is only "Create PR"

What is the expected behavior?

The user should be able to update the existing PR
