Multiple Github account mismatch

What version of Codex is running?

Web version, guessing 4.2? Not seeing the version anywhere in the interface or environment settings

What subscription do you have?

Plus

Which model were you using?

Whatever Codex on the web runs

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit build 26100

What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?

_No response_

What issue are you seeing?

Codex via web is not mixing up GitHub accounts. Environments from my original GitHub account (GitHub1 from now on) are available on the web Codex, but not the new (created yesterday, GitHub2) GitHub account. I've pushed 3 repos to GitHub2 and confirmed repository access in the ChatGPT Codex Connector. I tried using both All Repositories and Select Repositories with all 3 repos added.
Web Codex -> Environments -> New does not list Account2 at all - only Account1.
https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/connectors says "Connected to GitHub1" but clicking Settings there goes to GitHub2.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Using a legacy GitHub account, create a new account.
In https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/connectors connect to that account.
No other steps were required.

What is the expected behavior?

Repos from both account repositories should be available in the environment dropdown for the web Codex prompt.
