What issue are you seeing?

There’s a bug in mode switching. Sometimes, when I talk to Codex, it thinks it switched to Plan mode, but it actually stays in Code mode. Because of that, it refuses to do certain things. If I switch the mode to Plan mode, I have to talk to it again so it realizes the mode changed. Then I need to switch the mode again and talk to it again so it can finally work. This happened multiple times today, very annoying.
