Note: seems to be same issue as https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/9148
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Appears intermittently, not sure how to reproduce but perhaps using subagents, or a longer chat?, may contribute.
What is the expected behavior?
To not have this interruption and to instead work as normally.

Only started encountering this issue today. Also reported via /feedback in Codex. Thanks for all the hard work with Codex, it's 99% of the time a joy to use.
