Codex stuck in Plan Mode

What issue are you seeing?

I had great success with the new plan mode. Right now, a bug occured.
As usual, I Shift-Tabbed into plan mode, let it create the plan and then the plan mode was turned off automatically before implementing the plan, which never happened before. There wasn't even the usual prompt if the plan shall be implemented or if we want to stay in plan mode.

It complains that it's in Plan mode and I can't let it switch via Shift-Tab:

One thing that might be important here: The context was pretty close to the auto compaction limit (~31%), but thats the only thing that I noticed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

It randomly happened while being in plan mode and then it got stuck.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex shall ask for the plan implementation and/or cycling between plan/non-plan mode shall work.
