Codex app UI breaks on macOS 14.8.3. Most of the window becomes blank and some UI elements are partially rendered or misaligned, making the app unusable.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
UI breaks when Plan mode is enabled. The first time it happens is while Codex is writing the plan steps. Resizing the window fixes the layout temporarily, but the UI breaks again after Codex sends a message
