Pull request instructions are only appended to a PR rather than giving the option to prompt a body, ie. "PR body should respect pull_request_template.md and fill in the descriptions"

Can you provide more details as requested in the feature request template? Which Codex product are you using? The Codex desktop app? Which workflow are you referring to?

Right now the feature is explicitly called "appended text to body", not pr prompt, but I'd ideally love it if it was a PR prompt like the commit instructions, I've been defaulting to just telling codex to do it instead of using the button cause there is no way to add additional formatting to that :(
