Threads fail to load after quitting & re-opening Codex app

What issue are you seeing?
After quitting Codex app and re-opening it, my previous threads fail to load. When I go to Settings -> Worktrees, it shows "Loading conversations..." and I thus can't re-enter these threads via the app. They're still accessible in that worktree via codex resume.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Have some Codex threads (in my case, they were all done / no agents were still actively running). Quit the Codex app. Open it again.
What is the expected behavior?
Threads should load properly. They load via codex resume in those worktrees, so it seems to be app-only.
