Automations don't run the commands in the worktree

What issue are you seeing?

Automation with gitSubmodules don't pull the submodule directory in the worktree, so the automation doesn't have access to the submodules.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

create a git repo with submodules. Then run an automation task. You will see the model in the test unable to pull the submodules even if you set it up as an action on Worktree creation tab.

What is the expected behavior?

You should be able to set a script to run on actual worktree creation and be able to select it within the automation tab, or it should just automatically be applied to it based on the settings provided within the worktree tab on creation.
