What issue are you seeing?

I was on Windows using the default Windows Terminal and after codex finished working it always sent notifications.
On my MacOS using WARP, codex never sends notifications.

For information, notifications on warp are enabled and I receive a notification for example when running an npm install or any command.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Send any prompt and see if you will receive notifications
