Almost every time I start something. Started with latest codex update.

Not to have this error message.

codex installed over homebrew IIRC

@lddr, no the feedback didn't upload. Maybe the problem you're seeing is related to a general network connectivity issue?
Haven't had any issues recently, will try again later or tomorrow. I just updated to 0.98.0 and will keep an eye on it. I'll close this issue and reopen it if it comes back again. Thanks for taking care!
happened again and I'm not 100% sure if the upload worked well, although it said it's uploaded
Now tried over a completely different network and it's still super unstable
There's no VPN involved or any proxy or so...
