Codex App Diff View fails to work with multi-repo directory

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

If I create

workdir/

• repo1/
• repo2/

(required for my multi-repo env, as changes may be needed across both)

then the diff view can't show changes, since it neither detects that subdirs have repos nor allows me to switch the subdir it checks.

commit features also break.
