Codex on Cursor grey screens on latest version ( v0.4.71)

What issue are you seeing?

On the latest Codex IDE Extension version, the chat panel never loads. It simply shows a grey screen.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Install the latest version of Cursor.
Install the latest version of Codex.
Open the extension window.

What is the expected behavior?

It should load the chat as normal.

Additional information

A temporary fix is to downgrade to version v0.4.69.
