Bug report: Permissions change affects all threads in ALL PROJECTS simultaneously

What issue are you seeing?

When changing permissions in one project thread from “Default” to “Full access”, the permissions are automatically changed in all other threads as well.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open any project with multiple threads.
2. Go to one thread and change permissions from "Default permissions" to "Full access".
3. Check other threads in the ANY project.

Actual result:
Permissions are changed in all threads simultaneously.

What is the expected behavior?

Permissions should apply only to the selected thread and not affect other threads.

Additional information

This behavior makes it impossible to configure permissions independently for different threads.
