Open in: Zed is very buggy and unreliable.

What issue are you seeing?

Zed doesn't open when clicked using the top toolbar button or via individual file pills.

The only functionality that works is if I fully quit Zed and then do a single Open in Zed from within Codex. All other clicking of the Zed button does nothing.

It doesn't bring the app to the forefront when clicked on any project in Codex.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Go to any project and click Open in Zen.

Or click any file pill created by the model and observe that Zed doesn't open.

What is the expected behavior?

Opening with Zed acts reliably like it does with other editors like VS Code.
