Running on an M4 max with 128 gb memory. App gets laggy. Fans spinning at full speed constantly. Laptop basically unusable off of charge when I am using the codex app.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Use the codex app.
What is the expected behavior?
For the codex app to not consume so much CPU/GPU

Closing this one out.
I'm not sure that's a duplicate. #10432 is specifically about GPU utilization. This is about CPU utilization, right?
I am not sure to be honest. It appears to be both.

I closed the codex app and GPU usage went down but CPU usage appeared to be low throughout. But from the earlier screenshot in my original post it appeared to me that the codex's CPU usage was extremely high.
Should I reopen?
