in plan mode:
- add a button to skip clarifying questions without dismissing the agent
- allow voice input directly into the "No, and tell Codex..." response field
app: show remaining usage (% of limit) in the ui

These sounds like two or three distinct features. We generally prioritize our features based on upvotes from the community. If a feature request doesn't receive many upvotes, it will eventually be closed. I can say from experience that feature requests that include multiple distinct features often don't get upvotes because they're confusing for users. You might want to close this and open multiple feature requests. That will increase the chances of them being upvotesd.
