What variant of Codex are you using?

What feature would you like to see?
I am writie a skill that require the agent enter plan mode and ask user questions to make a plan. However codex currently not supporting the ability to AI to enable plan mode.
Alternatively, Claude Code support this feature so I can write instruction in skills and make complexed task more automatical.
