I'm using Azure OpenAI.

gpt-5.2-codex

What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?
Windows Terminal (PowerShell)
What issue are you seeing?
I can type, but I can't send Enter key.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
This issue doesn’t happen every time, so it’s hard for me to reproduce—but I run into it once or twice a day, and it’s honestly pretty frustrating.
What is the expected behavior?
Send Enter key.
