please remove the rate limit for plus plan as I have already paid for a year and I don't wanted to pay $200.00 every month as I don't have that kind of extra money

What is the expected behavior?

the rate limit should be removed complete for all paid plans for codex app only

and stop asking me to pay $200.00 every monthly
