Voice input doesn't keep track of cursor and always pastes at last

What issue are you seeing?

When I enter my cursor in the first sentence and I have tens of lines of logs afterwards but my cursor is at first and I talk to it while voice input it doesn't work.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just paste 10 lines and bring your cursor to the top and write some words. And then start voice input and see it doesn't work.
