Cannot expand long commands for approval

What issue are you seeing?
When Codex presents you with a prompt to approve a long command, it just adds an ellipsis (...) at some point and stops showing the rest of the command and clicking this or anywhere else does nothing.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Run any prompt which requires Codex to get your approval to run a command
What is the expected behavior?
There should be some way to expand the command to see the full command before approval
