I have exactly the same problem, super annoying. I am using Ubuntu 24.04 in WSL2, but otherwise the same setup.

Yes. This is super frustrating. I have to keep on restarting the session just to see the whole content.

Same here.

The rendered response text ommits whole rows,
Only option is to see missing text is to exit codex (ctrl+c) and start it again in the same terminal resuming previous session.

Codex CLI v0.98.0, happens on both the integrated vscode/cursor powershell terminal and in Windows built-in PowerShell terminal.

@etraut-openai I have had this problem so many times, same setup, it always happens when I submit, for the previous messages (not the latest message)
