Garbage pasting into text field

What issue are you seeing?

Typing text occasionally pastes garbage:

]10;rgb:dddd/dddd/dddd jsjsjsjsjsjsjsjsjsjsj[106;1:3usjs

The first part ( ]10;rgb:dddd/dddd/dddd ) got pasted into an empty field. I then typed/spammed "jsjsjs..." until ( [106;1:3u ) got pasted aswell. The final "sjs" was from my typing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I have not noticed a pattern to replicate this issue, but it does seem to happen quite often (ever 20 seconds give or take) by just typing regular text.

What is the expected behavior?

The issue does not exist in browser (now that im typing this), and also doesnt seem to happen in Claude Code (split ghostty window right next to Codex CLI). I dont suspect that this is a model issue, as it also happened when i used gpt-5.2-high. I have done new sessions etc, but this issue keeps coming back.
