Include GIT SHA in output of `codex-cli --version`

What variant of Codex are you using?

CLI

What feature would you like to see?

When filing openai/codex#11465 the form said to include the output of codex --version. If you are running the tip of main locally, via running cargo install --path . in codex-rs/cli/, then the output of codex --version is 0.0.0.

That doesn't adhere to the spirit of why the template asks for the output of that command.

Additional information

I used a GIT SHA in that field instead of the output of codex --version initially, because it was kinda useless.
