Cannot upload images anymore

What issue are you seeing?

In the chat window, I cannot upload images anymore.
When I select "Add photos & files", it simply opens the top VScode input tab
and prompts me to select the right path on my server.

In the past, selecting this button, I could simply upload images from my PC into the chat.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Try to upload an image from your local PC into your chat.
