Focus is stolen from terminal when codex requires a reply

What issue are you seeing?

Whenever I'm typing in the terminal and codex is doing something and needs input, the cursor focus changes to the text area, this is annoying and can cause to aprove undesired stuff, or send unwanted messages

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Send a prompt that will require some thinking and will require your input later, then open the terminal, type commands, wait for the LLM to ask questions, the focus shifts automatically, which poses a security risk

What is the expected behavior?

If focus is on the terminal, preserve the focus, otherwise, focus can be moved into the message input
