What issue are you seeing?
Whenever I'm typing in the terminal and codex is doing something and needs input, the cursor focus changes to the text area, this is annoying and can cause to aprove undesired stuff, or send unwanted messages
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Send a prompt that will require some thinking and will require your input later, then open the terminal, type commands, wait for the LLM to ask questions, the focus shifts automatically, which poses a security risk
What is the expected behavior?
If focus is on the terminal, preserve the focus, otherwise, focus can be moved into the message input

I believe this is potentially a very serious issue that needs to be resolved ASAP.
Users could easily approve requests from Codex without being able to actually review them, leading to inadvertently granting undesired access to Codex.
This seems to describe the same issue I recently reported. I was slightly skeptical that what I thought happened actually did, because it happened so quickly (which is a core part of the problem itself), so I didn't treat my own report as seriously as perhaps I should have... but seeing this nearly identical description posted around the same time has led me to realize this issue needs maximum attention and a prompt resolution.
