Approval menu receives focus while typing

Hello. I was instructed to create a ticket here by Codex after submitting /feedback. Unclear from the response whether this is a required step to complete sending feedback ("Feedback uploaded. Please open an issue using the following URL:" ). I'm assuming this is just an optional next step... but regardless:

I feel this particular feedback is important enough that I'd like to ensure it's at least received, as it could be a potential security issue for some users.
