There's not enough information in this bug report for us to diagnose. Can you say more?

It might relate to https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/11508 but I think they’re two different issues now.
This could be caused by the memory tools. I’ve disabled them and now I consume 70% of a pro account’s 5-hour usage within a few minutes. It’s crazy.

Yes, that's likely the problem.
In the future, please do not enable features that are still under development.
We mark features as "experimental" and make them available in the
/experimentalmenu once they're ready for use.It was because of the memory thing. Can you please reset the rate limit?
