What issue are you seeing?
When I try to open Codex, There is an OSX dialog that prevents me from starting the app. The only option is "move to trash".
It looks like the binary was not signed correctly or the certificate expired.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
On Mac:
Upgrade to the newest version using Homebrew with cask or auto-update.
Start Codex.

Sorry, Duplicate of https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/11034. That issue was for 0.98, it is still happening in 0.99.
Codex App (Version 260210.1703 (602)) opens fine.

Today I was able to install and start codex-cli 0.99. The exact same command failed yesterday.
