OSX won't open Codex CLI 0.99

What subscription do you have?

Azure

Which model were you using?

gpt-5.2

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.2.0 arm64 arm

What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?

iTerm2, zsh

What issue are you seeing?

When I try to open Codex, There is an OSX dialog that prevents me from starting the app. The only option is "move to trash".

It looks like the binary was not signed correctly or the certificate expired.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

On Mac:

Upgrade to the newest version using Homebrew with cask or auto-update.

Start Codex.
