Thanks for the bug report, but there's not enough information here for us to diagnose the issue. If you see a problem like this again, please use the
/feedbackcommand to upload your logs and session details and include the thread ID in the bug report. Also, please include all of the information requested in the bug report template.Based on the minimal details here, I'm guessing that you deleted a file in your project while the agent was running, and it attempted to update that file.
I've been having a lot of these after 0.99 upgrade, MacOS, latest.
