Unable to view the latest Codex 5.3 model

What issue are you seeing?

Unable to view the 5.3 model. After the recent update, I could finally see the 5.3 model, but when I tried to see in model and update it to high, it was nowhere to be found, and only these models were listed:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Not sure how to reproduce this, but unable to view, model.
I even tried to manually update the config.toml to:

model = "gpt-5.3-codex"

But that too didn't work:

What is the expected behavior?
