cannot open any new task for specific project, giving "Error loading task"

What issue are you seeing?

This problem is only with one of my projects and it has problems with almost every type of prompt

It always gives me the error "Error loading task" in codex web, and I can never see the content of that task after it's finished, but I can see the details of the codex thoughts before it's finished.

my task code = task_b_698f4668a970832ba3599c8d93632b9d
this is only one of maybe 20 task that have problem

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Create a new task via the Codex page
Create a task via Visual Code and create a task in the cloud
Create a task via cmd Cli

What is the expected behavior?

can see the task page and the changes that have been made normally.

Additional information

This problem has been happening to me since the last outage,
I tried several different branches, moved the project raw to a new repository,
I created a new branch for older updates on GitHub,
I tried to express the same prompt in a different way,
I used different accounts,
I did all of this and more, but the Codex task page still won't open for me.
