Codex Android app and Codex daemon

So the app should control a Codex instance remotely.
The UI should be close to the Codex iOS app.
I should be able to install a Codex daemon easily anywhere, in VMs, on my laptop, in containers...
For a live TUI session, I should be able to respond either in the terminal or on my Android app, and it will sync automatically.
I should be able to spawn a new session on a remote host from my phone.
Basically, you can borrow some ideas from Happy..
All slash commands and !/@/$ should be there.\
Speech and file upload, too.
