My Personal Pro account is blocked from cyber verification.

Important context:

• I am switched to Personal workspace (not Team) when testing.
• Same browser/device/network works with another account.
• Only this account fails in the exact same environment.
• This account has both Team workspace subscription and Personal Pro subscription.

Please check and fix/reset the account-level eligibility flag for Persona cyber verification.
