[UI Bug] Using credits but still display "Selected model is at capacity"

Using credits but still display "Selected model is at capacity". Still working, nothing breaking but an UI bug. However, it blocks the files changed and revert card.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just use up the weekly usage and have credits.

What is the expected behavior?

Nothing display if on credits.
