Significant lag when switching between chats with active, long running tasks/large context

What issue are you seeing?

Have not seen this issue before today, despite making heavy use of the Codex app since launch.

I have two, active, long running tabs on parallel tasks. Clicking between them in the side panel takes up to ~10 seconds to actually load the new chat.

This is on an M1 Max.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Not sure yet, this is the first time I've seen this.

What is the expected behavior?

Switching between chat tabs should be virtually instantaneous.

Additional information

I have a hunch this might be related to tab switching seemingly defaulting to starting at the top of the available chat history, forcing you to load a large chunk of it, rather than starting at the latest message. Could be wrong though!
