Extend sandbox to allow access to hardware devices

Codex can’t access hardware devices like /dev/hidraw* even when udev rules and
running them in Codex fails with “Permission denied” on /dev/hidraw*. Claude
can run the same commands successfully. Please consider allowing device access or a
safe way to grant it.
