I start above a session with the above, I begin to /plan and after a couple of messages my status-line shows me

gpt-5.3-codex medium · ...

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Not sure what's triggering this, happened twice in a row.

What is the expected behavior?

Stay on the model I'm on!
