Issue

When a new app window is opened, it's in the background and isn't automatically focused.
i.e. title bar is dimmed and window is not currently selected

Same behavior when app launched using codex app, app window opens but it isn't focused.

This is fixed, confirmed in Version 26.417.41555 (1858)
