/resume stopped working, codex freeze on it

PowerShell 7, CMD (all terminals the same)

What issue are you seeing?

/resume stopped working, codex freeze on that, no response, esc, ctrl + c nothing reacts, it stays like that forever

It is happening for all projects, no one works, all sessions are lost.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just call /resume

What is the expected behavior?

To list all the sessions, it was working just an hour ago.
Corrupted history?
Is there any tool to check and fix history/session integrity?
