Codex App: up arrow command history isn't specific to current session

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

Up arrow command history does not respect current session/thread.

If I have multiple threads running, and if I would like to re-use the previously used prompt/message, I have to cycle thru previous prompts from different sessions as well.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Hit up arrow to cycle thru previously sent prompts/messages

What is the expected behavior?

Up arrow only cycles thru previous messages from current thread/session.
